Logging In

FlyFruition uses Auth0 for secure authentication. This guide explains how to access your account.

Accessing the Dashboard

1. Navigate to app.flyfruition.com
2. Click Log In
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Complete any multi-factor authentication if required

First-Time Users

If this is your first time logging in:

1. Check your email for an invitation from FlyFruition
2. Click the link in the email to set up your password
3. Create a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols)
4. Log in with your new credentials

Bookmark the login page for quick access: app.flyfruition.com

Forgot Password?

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" error

• Double-check your email address for typos
• Ensure Caps Lock is off
• Try resetting your password

Account locked

If you've attempted too many failed logins, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact your administrator.
