Switching Airports

If you have access to multiple airports, you can switch between them without logging out.

How to Switch

  1. Look at the header bar at the top of the screen
  2. Click on the current airport name
  3. Select the airport you want to manage from the dropdown
  4. The page will reload with data for the selected airport

TIP

Your airport selection is remembered. When you log in again, you'll be taken to the last airport you were viewing.

Airport-Specific Data

When you switch airports:

  • All data displayed updates to reflect the new airport
  • Features may differ based on what's enabled for each airport
  • Your permissions may vary between airports

Multi-Airport Administrators

Some administrators have access to all airports (Global Admins). If you're a Global Admin:

  • You can switch between any airport in the system
  • You have full access to all features at each airport
  • You can manage users across all airports

Airport-Specific Administrators

If you're an Airport Admin:

  • You can only access airports you've been assigned to
  • Your permissions are specific to your assigned airports
  • Contact a Global Admin if you need access to additional airports

Troubleshooting

Don't see the airport you need?

  • You may not have permission to access that airport
  • Contact your administrator to request access

Data not updating after switch?

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Log out and log back in
