Administration ​

Manage users, permissions, and system settings for FlyFruition.

Overview ​

The administration section allows you to:

  • Manage users - Add, edit, and remove user accounts
  • Configure permissions - Control what users can access
  • View system status - Monitor platform health

WARNING

Admin features require elevated permissions. If you don't see these options, contact your Global Admin.

User Management ​

Adding Users ​

  1. Navigate to Admin > Users
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Select their role and permissions
  5. Click Save

The user will receive an email invitation to set up their account.

Editing Users ​

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Click Edit
  3. Modify their role or permissions
  4. Click Save

Removing Users ​

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Click Delete (or Deactivate)
  3. Confirm the action

DANGER

Deleted users cannot be recovered. Consider deactivating instead of deleting.

Permission Levels ​

Global Admin ​

  • Full access to all airports and features
  • Can manage users at any airport
  • Can configure system-wide settings

Airport Admin ​

  • Full access to assigned airports only
  • Can manage content and settings for their airports
  • Cannot access other airports or global settings

Standard User ​

  • Read access to assigned airports
  • Limited editing capabilities based on role
  • Cannot manage other users
